We begin with a technical audit establishing what exists and what depends on it, define the target architecture, migrate data and execute the transition in phases. A parallel-run period keeps legacy and replacement systems operating side by side until the new platform is demonstrably stable, after which the legacy system is decommissioned.

Engagements run three to five months with four to six engineers on time and materials with milestone billing. The objective is an architecture your team can maintain and your cloud provider can host, achieved without a service interruption.
